“Pastiglia” / “compressa” = a pill. “Due volte al giorno” = twice a day; “dopo i pasti” = after meals.

“Che disturbo ha?” — What's bothering you?
“Da quando?” — Since when?
“Per il mal di testa, prenda queste. Senza ricetta, eh.” — For the headache, take these. No prescription, you know.
